Going Home
Wherever you are within the Netmarket site, you can always go back to the Netmarket homepage by clicking on the large Netmarket logo located in the top navigation bar.

Superstores
Netmarket offers a variety of superstores to shop within. All the superstores are located in the top navigation bar, from left to right, underneath the Netmarket logo. To shop within a specific superstore, place your mouse over the superstore of choice and choose from the different categories that are available within the drop down menu, or click on the superstore itself.

Footer
When you need additional information, look no further than the footer navigation bar located on the bottom of every page within the Netmarket site. You can choose from 4-different areas:

• Secure Shopping - for information regarding security, privacy, and our Terms & Conditions.
• About You - to access your account information, check your order status, or go to your personalized Wish List.
• Shopping Help - to use our informative How-to-Shop area, Buyer’s Guides, or to shop the Gift Gallery
• Contact & Info - for access to our Customer Center, email forms, or to sign-up for Free Newsletters.

My Area

My Account
As a member or registered guest, you can access your account information by simply clicking on "My Account" in the top navigation bar, or under "About You" in the footer navigation bar (on the bottom of every page). In My Account, you can update and change your personal information, store billing and shipping information, as well as, check on your order status, sign-up for free newsletters, access your shopping cart, Netmarket Cash history and any available coupons in your account.

Order Status
As a member or registered guest, you can check on your order status or see your order history by clicking on "Order Status" located in the top navigation bar.

Shopping Cart
Located in the top navigation bar of every page within the Netmarket site, you can view and edit your order by clicking on "Shopping Cart".

Wish List
The Wish List feature, located at the top of every page, allows members or registered guests to create or edit their own personalized Wish List — letting people know exactly what they want. You can also purchase from your list by just adding it to your cart.

My Awards
As a member or registered guest, you can check your Netmarket Cash history or see if you have any available coupons in your account by going to "My Awards" in the top navigation bar.

Sign-in/Sign-out
To begin your member or registered guest session, simply click on "Sign-in" located at the top navigation bar of every page within the Netmarket site. When you are done shopping, you may click on "Sign-out" in the top navigation bar to close out of your shopping session.

To become a Netmarket member, click "Join Now!" located in the top navigation bar.

Email Updates
Netmarket invites you to subscribe to our email newsletters so you can catch all the latest news on special bargains, price drops, upcoming deals and more! Simply click on "Email Updates" in the top navigation bar, or on "Newsletter sign-up" at the bottom of the page.

Use the search feature located in the left-hand navigation bar to search for the products you want. Start by selecting a search filter, either by keyword, brand name or model number. Type in the keyword, brand name, or model number of the product you are looking for and click "Go" for your results.

Shop the Gift Gallery located in the left-hand navigation bar and also under Shopping Help in the footer, for sure-to-please gift ideas. Here you can choose from a variety of shops that offer everything from specialty items to gift certificates...and so much more!

Step One:
For our illustration, we are going to shop for a TV. Roll your mouse over the Electronics Superstore. When the drop down menu is displayed, click on "Video".

Step Two:
In the left-hand navigation bar, you will see your selected category "Video" with the groups of products that are available within this category. Click on "Televisions".

Step Three:
On the department page for "Televisions" you now have the option to choose from a variety of different categories of TV’s. For our example, select "Color Televisions" by clicking on it.

Step Four:
On the Feature Shop page you will see our Smart Buys—value added products picked by our buyers. If you would like to further narrow your search, you may do so by choosing specific search filters (search by: price, manufacturer, or model options) from the Feature Shop search section located beneath the Smart Buys and clicking "Show Me My Choices".

Step Five:
The Feature Shop results page will show you the products that meet your search requirements. You have the option to edit your search by revising the search filters in the Feature Shop search area located beneath the results from your previous search.

Step Six:
To maximize your search results, use our Click to Compare feature. Choose a minimum of 2 products from either the Smart Buys page or the Feature Shop page. Place a check in the box next to these products and click on "Compare Selections" to see your choices displayed in a side-by-side comparison.

Step One:
To go to the Product Detail Page, simply click on the product or the product’s title. To place the item directly into your shopping cart, click "Buy Now".

Step Two:
From the Product Detail Page, select your quantity and color when applicable.

Step Three:
Click the "Add to Cart" button and the item has now been added to your Shopping Cart.

Step Four:
Once an item has been placed in your Shopping Cart, you have the option to buy it, remove it from your cart, update the model information, or continue shopping. When you are ready to purchase the item, click "Checkout" to finish completing your transaction.

Step Five:
On the Shipping Information page, complete the fields and check the box next to "Use this as my billing address" if you would like to do so. Click "Continue" when you are finished.

Step Six:
Enter your payment and billing information (only if your billing information differs from your shipping information or if you did NOT check the billing box on the Shipping Information page) and click "Complete this Purchase".

Step Seven:
Review your order confirmation and then print it-this is your receipt. An "Order Acknowledgement" will be sent to you via email.
