Members enjoy the added protection of extended warranty coverage at no extra charge! All eligible purchases of products with a manufacturer's U.S. warranty will receive an automatic extension of the coverage to a total of two full years.

Factory Serviced merchandise with a U.S. Manufacturer's warranty qualifies for the 2-Year Product Warranty. In the case of Closeout merchandise, where the 2-Year Extended Warranty protection applies, please refer to Netmarket Policies. All U.S. Manufacturer's warranties, however, to the extent that they exist, will be fully effective, and subject to all conditions and restrictions as outlined by the manufacturer. For the extended warranty to remain in effect, you must remain enrolled as a member during the warranty period.

*To receive this benefit: Save your Netmarket order confirmation and a copy of the manufacturer's warranty. Your 2-year warranty protection will be automatically registered when you place your order, and is in effect for two years from date of delivery. If your item needs repair while the manufacturer's warranty is in effect, have it repaired according to the manufacturer's warranty procedures. If the manufacturer's warranty has expired and your 2-Year Netmarket Product Warranty is still in effect, call 1-800-307-3137 (8am - 11pm, ET, Monday - Friday) for instructions on how to ensure coverage for item repair costs.

Refer to your original manufacturer's warranty information for the location of an authorized service center. Before you have the item repaired, contact us with the service center's name and address so that we may verify that it is an authorized center. If the repair is approved, Netmarket will pay the full cost of all repairs.

All merchandise is sold with applicable manufacturer's warranties in effect (there may be some exceptions in the case of special Factory Serviced merchandise deals). If there is a service problem, contact the manufacturer's authorized factory service department to arrange for necessary service. Be sure to keep your warranty card and our order confirmation letter in a safe place. They may be required if warranty service is to be performed. Please use the vendor's name, which will be shown on the order confirmation letter, when completing the manufacturer's warranty form.

* Motorized vehicles and their parts are excluded, as are items purchased in the independent vendors areas of the Netmarket website (a current example is the Art For Less area). Offer applies only to active members' eligible merchandise purchases covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Cancellation of Netmarket membership also terminates the extended warranty period.
