Shipping and Return Policy

If, within 60 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges. There are some exceptions you should note:

Items purchased as "Factory Serviced" are final sales and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in shipment. Notebook computers, hand-held computers, non-cellular telephones and digital cameras may only be returned within 15 days of purchase. Music returns must be received unopened and in resalable condition. Personalized items, opened personal care items, domestic items, computer software, pierced earrings, collectibles, sunglasses and special order items, are not returnable. Certain merchandise may require manufacturer service before return is allowed. Call our Customer Service Center to receive return instructions:

Merchandise returned without our authorization will be refused and the carrier will charge you for freight in both directions. Unauthorized or late returns may be subject to a restocking charge up to but not to exceed 15% of the product cost. To avoid a restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all the accessories and the owner's manual. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 60 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
